Project review · Lead Franchise × AIS Empire

Build the website and the work behind it.

Lead Franchise and AIS Empire partner on $50,000 agentic website engagements: custom website development, connected operations, SEO/GEO structure and accountable measurement.

The specific problem

Website development and business operations can be planned separately. A visitor’s next step then depends on systems, follow-up and reporting that the website itself does not explain or verify.

The solution

The partnership brings the public website and its connected workflows into one agreed project, with clear responsibilities for design, development, intake, handoff and measurement.

Lead Franchise builds the website and discovery experience. AIS Empire supports agentic operations, AI Employee options and the connected platform. The partnership does not mean that every premium capability is included in the three month website trial.

01

Two providers. Clear responsibility.

Lead Franchise’s work focuses on the offer, service content, visual identity, mobile website and inquiry experience. AIS Empire’s work focuses on connected operations, AI role design and the systems that make an agreed workflow observable.

A project plan names the owner of each boundary. The website, site API, receiving service, database, CRM and required notifications are checked as one path before a successful submission is claimed.

02

Agentic Websites for $50,000.

The partnership’s Agentic Websites engagement is offered at $50,000. It is an individually scoped website system with operational workflows, discovery and human oversight planned around the business.

The scope determines pages, roles, integrations, approval rules, hosting, ongoing support and measurement. The $1,500 three month website trial and the $100,000 AI Employees engagement are distinct offers with their own project terms.

03

SEO and GEO with a connected content structure.

The builder page explains who developed the website. The AI partner page explains the operating role. The partnership page explains how the work fits together. These resources link to the related services and application with a consistent provider identity.

Each page needs its own useful content and share description. An original case study identifies the actual problem, delivered work and evidence. Local resource pages should describe genuine service areas and measured outcomes; repeating a city name or the same story across sites is not a substitute for that evidence.

04

A practical project review.

The Lead Franchise funnel is an example of the combined approach: one public trial offer, a mobile inquiry page, contextual source tracking and a record-and-receipt handoff. The work solves clarity and routing problems that can be verified directly.

Results should be judged against the project’s starting point and measurement window. Delivery evidence, inquiries, search visibility, qualified pipeline and revenue are different measures. Test records are excluded from marketing results and reported as release checks.

  • Define the specific problem and starting point
  • Name each provider’s delivered contribution
  • Verify the complete workflow
  • Measure outcomes with source and date-range labels
